The Fiber port add-on for the FLUOVIEW FV1200 confocal laser scanning microscope is equipped with a FC connector, which makes a number of useful options possible. The addition of a Fiber system enables the delivery of confocal fluorescence emission to an external device. Furthermore, upgrades enable fluorescence signals to be delivered to an external FLIM/FCS detector system for the measurement of fluorescence lifetime and fluorescence correlation spectroscopy.

Confocal Fluorescence Signal Output
The Fiber port is equipped with a FC connector. Confocal fluorescence emission can be introduced into an external device via a Fiber delivery system (not included).
Fluorescence Lifetime Measurement
Fluorescence signals can be delivered to an external FLIM/FCS detector system. An upgrade system solution is available from PicoQuant.
Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy
Fluorescence signals can be delivered to an external FLIM/FCS detector system. An upgrade system solution is available from PicoQuant.
Fully Compatible with FV1000 and FV1000MPE
This unit is fully compatible with the FLUOVIEW FV1000 and FV1000MPE systems.
