Attaching this non-descanned detector unit to your FLUOVIEW FV1200MPE system enables you to perform simultaneous four-channel multiphoton imaging. All photo multiplier tubes in this four-channel unit are equidistant from the specimen and allow bright, high sensitivity, multiphoton microscopy. High-performance filters are used for wavelength separation and filters can be exchanged easily in response to the specimen’s fluorescence characteristics thanks to an accessible filter cube. High-performance multialkali PMT selection ensures the best possible detection efficiency and clearest observation.

Reflective Pathway with Four Channels
All detectors are equidistant from the specimen and allow bright, high-sensitivity, multicolor imaging. Olympus' own high-performance filters are used for wavelength separation. These can be replaced with other filters depending on the fluorescence characteristics of the specimen.
