The microtubule network was imaged in a Vero cell culture by treating the fixed and permeabilized cells with mouse anti-alpha-tubulin primary antibodies, followed by goat anti-mouse secondary antibodies conjugated to Alexa Fluor 568. Nuclei were counterstained with SYTOX Green.
