蛍光観察とは

蛍光観察は、蛍光色素や蛍光タンパク質を用い、細胞内の特定の部位、もしくは特定のタンパク質や分子を可視化する観察手法です。蛍光観察で高精細な画像を取得し、対象の局在・挙動を正確に捉えるためには、高品質な各種デバイス、光学素子を揃え、それらを最適に組み合わせる必要があります。
