The mitochondria and filamentous actin present in an EGC cell culture were targeted with MitoTracker Red CMXRos (red fluorescence) and Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated to phalloidin (green fluorescence), respectively. In addition, the culture was counterstained for DNA with DAPI.
